When you submit our intake form we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, current website, email, phone number, goals, desired features, and budget range. We also use privacy-respecting analytics that record page views without building personal profiles.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your request, prepare your free concept, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Any email you receive from us includes a working way to opt out. Tell us once and we won't contact you again.
Data retention & removal
We keep intake submissions for as long as needed to serve you. Email hello@webupgrade.org to have your information corrected or deleted at any time.
